Printing Color : Printing usually use single color and put on the colors on panel surface by printing machine. this color treatment is simple color than other two color treatment way , so it will be lower cost and cheap .
Hot stamping color : The color design is come on color flim, and transfer the color to panel surface when the panel on production .The color flim will became transparent after the color transfer to panel surface , this transparent film put on the panel surface to protection the panel surface, you can remove it after the panel installation .
the hot stamping color can make more exquisite color styles than printing .
Laminated color treatment : made up of high quality plastic with a layer of design pvc color film on front side. Plastic decorative ceiling tiles are available in variety of designs and texture. Color come on the pvc color flim usually with 12-16s thickness , this color flim will be directly put on the pvc panel surface when panel production ,stay with special glue on the panel surface , no easy remove and fade off color . lamianted color can reach the true texture color ,the color styles cover the most wallpaper colorstyles and be more ecomoical ,more easy clean,more durable ,more low cost and easy installation then traditional ceiling and wall decoration material .
Pvc false ceiling tiles are mostly used for commercial purpose under a steel roof where there is lot of heat because our Pvc plastic ceiling tiles reduced heat coming from the steel roof. Fix the wooden structures onto the ceiling as below to build the frame before installation the pvc panel (Recommended space between each horizontal wooden battens around 50cm(Aluminum keel also ok )
1.Measure the size of the installation space;
2.3Cut suitable size for U clips /top clips ,install on by screws .
4.5.6.Cut the first pvc ceiling panel's siding soft tongue, make it close and insert to the clip,with screws on pvc ceiling panel and wood keel with 50cm distance .
7.8.9 same steps to put on screws and insert the pvc ceiling panel .
10.11.12. Make the hole on pvc ceiling panel as need to install the light .

PE film package is the most common way of packing , If you want CARTON PACKING,

Due to the particularity of the product, the length is generally longer, the price is lower than other decoration material , and the PVC products cannot touch too sharp items, so our regular orders only accept orders for full containers, which is not convenient for LCL transportation. You can try with 1x20 ft container for first order , and if order order qty allowed take 40 ft container is better choice .Because 40ft container can loading more products , so to unit price , it's save shipping cost.

Our payment term : 30% as prepayment to start the order , left 70% before loading
And with 14-25 days production time after the order confirm and pre-payment done .
