It has a 4-layer structure and adopts modern production technology to ensure high durability and aesthetics:
1,Surface protective layer: The surface protective layer of partition has excellent scratch resistance under normal physical impact. A smooth surface makes cleaning and cleansing easy, while effectively preventing fading.
2, PVC decorative layer (0.16mm): A 0.16mm thick PVC film is directly applied to the surface of the board, using modern printing technology to form a clear and realistic cream fabric texture. The warm Granny Cow oil color brings a soft, relaxing, and peaceful feeling to living spaces.
3,Special adhesive layer: The special adhesive layer plays a role in tightly connecting the structural layers, ensuring high adhesion and structural stability throughout the entire use process. Studied the adhesive formula to prevent delamination and withstand temperature changes.
4,SPC skeleton: The SPC skeleton with a unique honeycomb structure is made of a mixture of 40% original PVC and 60% stone powder and additives. This structure provides a load-bearing capacity of 300kg/m ².
